Returns and Refund Policy

30 DAY RETURN FOR A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.


  • You can only exchange for items of equal or higher value. 
  • NO REFUND after shipping
  • In cases of damage or defect, customer is to provide a digital image of the damage or defect and a clear description in order to expedite the return process.  If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email or over the phone, the item may be required to return to Beach Tree Hut for inspection.

How do you return for a replacement or exchange?


Contact us via mail, email or phone within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

    1. Request for a "Return Authorization" number and a "Return Form" that we will email to you.
    2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request and indicate any preference for a replacement or exchange.
    3. Complete the "Return Form" as appropriate
    4. Attach documents and digital images of damaged or defective products as applicable.
    5. Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items.
    6. Write the "Return Authorization" number on the outside of the package.
    7. Ship the package to:

        You will be notified when your return is received at our facility and when you can expect the replacement or exchange to be shipped to you.
