Returns and Refund Policy
30 DAY RETURN FOR A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
- You can only exchange for items of equal or higher value.
- NO REFUND after shipping.
- In cases of damage or defect, customer is to provide a digital image of the damage or defect and a clear description in order to expedite the return process. If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email or over the phone, the item may be required to return to Beach Tree Hut for inspection.
How do you return for a replacement or exchange?
Contact us via mail, email or phone within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- Request for a "Return Authorization" number and a "Return Form" that we will email to you.
- Be sure to specify the reason for the return request and indicate any preference for a replacement or exchange.
- Complete the "Return Form" as appropriate
- Attach documents and digital images of damaged or defective products as applicable.
- Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items.
- Write the "Return Authorization" number on the outside of the package.
